My friend shared this recipe with me and I have cooked it up and it was a tasty simple food to cook. It takes about 30 minutes to cook up and you have these tasty treats ready to eat.
-1 pound of meat (your choice)
-Mini bell peppers
1. Whip 2 eggs and stir into 1 pound raw meat
2. Cook a pound of meat with onions, salt, pepper and cumin mixed in
3. Let meat cool down
4. Stuff into peppers
a. You can cut off the top of the pepper and stuff meat in the top OR
b. You can slice the pepper in half and place meat into pepper that way
5. Put peppers on tray and broil for 1-2
And there you go!! Enjoy these healthy treats =)
